Privacy policy
Last updated: October 21, 2026
This is a translation for convenience. The Hebrew version is the binding one.
This policy explains what information is collected when you use ChatToDash (the "Site"), operated by Orly Izhaki, Ignited Labs (the "Operator"), and what is done with it. The principle is simple: the Site needs no sign-up, has no user accounts and collects no information about visitors, other than messages sent through the contact form.
1. Your dashboards never pass through us
Dashboards are built and saved only on your computer, in your folder. What you put in them, your conversations with the AI tool and the files it creates are not sent to the Operator, and she cannot see them.
Your AI tool (for example Claude or Codex) belongs to a third party, and its own privacy policy applies to what you share with it. We recommend reading it.
2. Information you send us
If you fill in the contact form, we receive your name, email address and message. Providing it is optional, but without it we cannot reply.
The message is saved in a secure database that only the Operator can view (Supabase, on servers in Europe), and a copy is sent to the Operator's email through a third-party form service (Formspree), which may keep it on servers outside Israel under its own privacy policy. Messages are kept as long as needed to handle your request and continue the contact, and you can ask for them to be deleted.
The information is used only to answer you and continue the contact you asked for. It is not sold, rented or passed on to others for marketing.
3. Technical information
The Site does not use visitor analytics, targeted advertising or tracking cookies.
Your browser keeps a few small preferences on your device only, such as the light or dark choice. They are not sent to us, and you can delete them in your browser settings.
As with any website, the hosting provider (Vercel) and the font service (Google Fonts) receive basic technical information your browser sends on each visit, such as IP address, browser type and time. They keep it under their own policies for operation and security.
4. Security
The Operator takes reasonable measures to protect the information she receives. However, no method of transmission or storage on the internet is fully secure, the Operator cannot guarantee the information will not be exposed, and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, she is not liable for intrusion, exposure or unauthorized use beyond her control.
5. Your rights
Under Israel's Protection of Privacy Law, 1981, you may ask to see, correct or delete information you sent. Contact us through the contact form.
6. Changes
The Operator may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with its date.
