Terms of use

1. What the Service is, and what it is not

The Site offers a library of dashboard templates: descriptions, screenshots, demos with sample data, and prompts (text instructions) you can copy into third-party AI tools such as Claude or Codex.

The Operator does not build, install, run, host or maintain the dashboards. A dashboard is created by the AI tool you chose, on your computer, in your folder, following your instructions. The Operator has no access to your computer, files, conversations or dashboard data, and does not store them.

The Service is free. It does not include professional advice of any kind, including technical, legal, business, financial or career advice.

2. Provided AS IS

The Service and all content are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without any representation, undertaking or warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, security, freedom from errors or from viruses.

The Operator does not undertake that the prompts will work in any given tool or version, or at all, that results will match the demos or screenshots, or that the Site will run without interruption. The Operator may change, suspend or stop any part of the Service at any time without notice.

3. Use is entirely at your own risk

Any use of the Service, the prompts and the dashboards created with them is at your sole and full responsibility. Read a prompt before pasting it into an AI tool, and decide for yourself whether to use it.

Your AI tool acts independently and is not controlled by the Operator. It may create, change, move or delete files on your computer, run actions, set up recurring tasks, browse the web and consume usage limits or money in your account with the tool provider. Approving, rejecting, supervising and undoing any such action is solely your responsibility.

You alone are responsible for backing up your data. The Operator is not liable for data loss, corrupted files, damage to your computer or software, exposure of information, costs of AI tools or any other service, or any other outcome of running the prompts.

Content that an AI tool produces or retrieves, including information about events, jobs, prices, dates, CVs and cover letters, may be wrong, partial, outdated or invented. Check every detail at the official source before relying or acting on it. The Operator is not responsible for such content or for any decision or action you take based on it.

Use of AI tools and any third-party service is subject to that party's own terms and policies, and you are responsible for complying with them and for all resulting costs.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator and anyone acting on her behalf shall have no liability whatsoever, in contract, tort or otherwise, for any damage of any kind, direct or indirect, special, consequential, incidental or punitive, including loss of data, profits, revenue or opportunities, harm to reputation, distress or expenses, arising from the use of or inability to use the Service, the prompts, the dashboards, AI tools or third-party services, even if the Operator was aware of the possibility of such damage.

If, despite the above, the Operator is found liable in any way, her total liability for all causes combined shall not exceed the amount you paid the Operator for the Service. The Service is free, so that amount is zero, and in any case no more than NIS 100.

If any provision of this section is unenforceable under law, it shall apply to the maximum extent permitted, and the other provisions remain in force.

5. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Operator and anyone acting on her behalf against any damage, loss, claim, demand, expense or cost, including legal fees, arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these terms, your infringement of anyone's rights or your breach of any law.

6. Permitted use

You may use the prompts, and the dashboards created with them, for your own personal and business needs. You may not copy the Site or the library, in whole or in substantial part, sell or distribute them as a product or service, or present them as your own.

You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, harm the Site or its operation, attempt to break into its systems, or send offensive, misleading or spam content through it.

7. Intellectual property

All rights in the Site and its content, including texts, prompts, design, screenshots, demos, the name ChatToDash and trademarks, belong to the Operator unless stated otherwise. Claude, Codex and other product names belong to their owners and are mentioned for description only. The Operator is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by them.

8. Third-party links and services

The Site and the dashboards may include links to third-party sites and services. The Operator does not control or review them and is not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices or any damage from using them.

9. Age

The Service is intended for people aged 18 and over. Use by minors is solely the responsibility of their parents or guardians.

10. Changes

The Operator may update these terms at any time. The binding version is the one published on the Site at the time of use. Continued use after an update means you accept it.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and the use of the Service are governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Israel have exclusive jurisdiction.

The Hebrew version of these terms is binding. If any provision is found void or unenforceable, the rest remain in force. Not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it.
